Tickets - Frequently Asked Questions

Where can I purchase event tickets?

See our Events page for information about upcoming events and ticket sales.

Ticket sales typically begin about five weeks in advance of an event.

I can’t find my tickets or ticket download page.

If your tickets were purchased by someone else and shared with you, you need to contact that person and ask them to re-send the tickets to you.

If you purchased the tickets, or the tickets were securely transferred to you, the tickets are available on your own private download page. You can get to your private download page from the link in your confirmation email.

I can't find my ticket confirmation email.

You can get a list of all of the tickets you purchased (or that were transferred to you) in the past year

  • Go to the ticket sales help page <-- click on link
  • Enter the email address used to buy your tickets (or to which tickets were securely transferred)
  • You'll be sent a list of all the matching orders from the past year
  • Click on the "Order #" links in the email to open the download page for each order

You'll be able to download, share or transfer your tickets from the download page.

How do I share a ticket with someone else?

Use this if you've bought some tickets and want to send a copy of a ticket to someone you're attending with (e.g. because you will be arriving separately).

  • The recipient will receive a copy of one of your tickets
  • The original ticket will still be valid and remains under your control
  • You will continue to receive event reminders and notifications - the recipient of the copy will not

To share a ticket:

  • Find your confirmation email and follow the link to your ticket download page
  • Scroll down until you see your individual ticket(s)
  • Select "Change Name" on the ticket you wish to share
  • Enter and save the name + email address of the person with whom you are sharing the ticket
  • Select "Send by Email" to send them a copy of the ticket

Repeat the above steps for each additional ticket you wish to share

How do I securely transfer a ticket to someone else?

A secure transfer is used to transfer ownership of tickets to someone else. You can use it for just a few of your tickets or your entire order.

  • The recipient will be sent a link to accept the tickets
  • If the recipient doesn't accept the transfer you can cancel the transfer and get your tickets back
  • Once accepted the recipient becomes the new owner of the ticket and you no longer can access it
  • The new ticket owner will now receive event reminders and notifications

To securely transfer tickets:

  • Find your confirmation email and follow the link to your ticket download page
  • Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select "Transfer Your Tickets"
  • Follow the instructions on the "Secure Ticket Transfer" page to transfer some or all of your tickets to a recipient.

Repeat the above steps for each additional recipient

Secure ticket transfers cannot be initiated within 48 hours of the show start. All secure ticket transfers not accepted by 7 am on the day of the show are automatically cancelled.

I shared my tickets a different way - is that okay?

If you shared your tickets by some other means - such as providing a printed copy or directly emailing them a downloaded ticket, that's fine - the ticket is still valid but will continue to have your name as both the purchaser and ticket holder

We recommend using the ticket sharing or secure transfer methods outlined earlier in this FAQ - it has several advantages:

  • The ticket holder name will reflect the name of the person attending the event
  • If you have many tickets, it will help you track whom you shared the tickets with
  • If securely transferred, the recipients will receive event reminders and notifications
